Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, brand name and URL, monthly revenue range, and a description of your growth bottleneck when you submit the free growth check-up form or the Growth Quiz, or your email address alone if you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not ask for payment details, passwords, or government ID numbers anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Submissions are used to evaluate fit for a free growth check-up, follow up by email or the contact details you provide, and to route an internal notification to our team. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and a summary is sent to an internal Discord channel for our team’s visibility. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site traffic and performance. These tools are cookieless and do not track you individually across other websites. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads) on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@elmudita.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
